Brassmark Wines does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you certify that you are over the age of 21. All packages sent by Brassmark Wines require an adult signature upon delivery. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package is returned to us due to the inability to secure an adult signature.
You agree that any alcohol purchased from Brassmark Wines is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not use this site.
Brassmark Wines is dedicated to you having a positive experience with our wines. If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. Please note, we will refund your money for a purchase if any problems with the receipt of your package are called in to us within 30 days of the notice date of availability for pick up or from initial date of shipping.
If you suspect a wine is corked, please put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can’t take back any empty bottles!
If you need to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include as much details as possible (wine, invoice #, etc.) as well as the best way to contact you. We will contact you to determine the best process to proceed with to acquire the returned bottle and refund your money.
Title and Ownership
All goods are supplied in Tacoma, Washington and must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Thus, all goods are sold in Washington and title passes to the purchaser in Washington. By placing an order, you authorize Brassmark Wines to act on behalf of the purchaser to engage a common carrier to deliver your order for you. By utilizing this service from Brassmark Wines, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, licenses, or permits, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age. Brassmark Wines assumes no obligation and bears no responsibility whatsoever for applying for or obtaining any permits, licenses or permissions. Therefore, the purchaser is strongly advised to investigate such limitations and to determine the proper methodologies in which alcoholic beverages may lawfully be brought into states other than Washington. The purchaser is responsible for all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due their state related to the purchase of any taxable goods.
